How true love begins with "good sleep"

What is sleep? I believe that you and I can agree that sleep is yet another complex function of life. We reset our biological clocks according to our circadian rhythms. We regain our strength and regain our mental edge after a tiring day. But there's something more to sleep - isn't there? Just as there's something more to us than the "walking meatsacks worth a few cents of chemicals" that conventional scientists would have us believe. By the same token, there's something more to a good night's sleep.

We have ideas, inspiration, and revelations. Within the dream state we contruct different realities. Sometimes we find ourselves in alternate realities. Most importantly, within this other consciousness, we discover answers to questions, we discover truth. We find our true love. We find our true passion. How does this happen?

According to research by Stewart Swerdlow1, we receive communications from God during sleep - in the form of archetypes or avatars as familiar people, places, and things, engrained in our DNA patterns. Swerdlow advocates the mind as a gateway to Hyperspace, the bridge to spiritual reality. Since God is the source of all creation, the messages you receive in your dreams during "good sleep" are about your true love.

What is the scientific basis for supernatural love?

The research of Drs. Roger Penrose and Stuart Hameroff2 further justifies the human mind as a gateway to spiritual reality. The nonlocal effects of psychic phenomena begin with quantum dynamic potentials of microtubule networks which exists within every cell of our bodies. We experience alternate realities during multiple eigen functions or higher states of consciousness because of this microtubule network. Sometimes we "dream" ourselves or even "wake" ourselves into alternate realities exactly because of this quantum dynamic network. We also experience psychic events because of this network which resonates with our planet and the rest of the universe - when we give it a chance.

Rupert Sheldrake's3 research in morphic fields further explores people as a set of energy fields within fields contributing to a holographic matrix of information, an extension of our mind patterns. What most people know conventionally as the "aura" is actually an intelligent data field, a function of the aforementioned microtubule network. The intelligent data field is an integral of bioenergetic and psychoenergetic functions of our bodies and minds, respectively. The collective of these fields or morphic field is part of a further information matrix which has sympathetic resonance with similar energy fields among the same species, thus providing a mode of information transfer. Social mood as discussed at Socionomics Institute as the basis of stock market functions is most likely the result of morphic resonance (not simply the limbic system which leads to "herd behavior" as advocated by conventional science).

The psychoenergetic studies of the coherent infrastructure of the human mind was further undertaken by Dr. William A. Tiller4, emeritus professor of Stanford University. I advocate as he does: That there is nothing in nature that is truely random. Patterns in nature are due to intention and rapt attention of thought patterns. Yes, of course, there are constants in nature such as Pi and Phi that form regular patterns in nature, but we build upon those patterns.

Our Consciousness is a concomitant byproduct of spirit entering dense matter - part of the regular patterns in nature - which is why our limbs are not in random places all over our bodies. Tiller's studies indicate that reality is a matter of mindset and that our experiences in this world are a resonant summation of our intentions, the basis for the law of attraction.

Therefore, when we see organized patterns within random patterns of nature, like when we see "signs," experience synchronicity or "deja vous," this is not necessarily apophenia or coincidence, but rapt attention attracting organized patterns in nature; this is a function of the aforementioned morphic resonance of which we are all part.

What is the role of the "Heart" in true love?

Dr. Tiller's work is advocated by Gary Craig5, inventor of an energy psychology modality known as emotional freedom techniques discovered that people can be remotely influenced by literally and figuratively "tapping" key points in the bioenergetic bridge known as the energy meridians of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).

According to my studies as a certified oriental sports trainer, our internal organs are always interacting with each other in an organized fashion - that is, according to the laws of the "five elements" of TCM. According to TCM, an organ is not simply the tissue subset as described by western medicine; an organ is the entire set and subset of attached tissues and functions along the energy meridian which it serves including emotions.

For example, the heart is represented by the "fire element." The extension of the heart is the tongue. According to TCM, the heart is not simply the "heart shaped" tissue subset as described by western medicine; the heart is the entire set and subset of attached tissues and functions along the meridian which it serves including emotions of the "heart" such as love, bravery, and tenacity.

The eyes are not only windows to the soul; they are also windows to the liver. The liver is represented by the "wood element" wherein the eyes are an extension. Since the liver deals directly with ingested toxins, the eyes directly reflect the amount of toxicity a person is engaging; we can see how this logic applies to drug addicts and people highly sensitive to toxins in the form of blood shot eyes and/or jaundice.

Since the "wood element" feeds the "fire element" we need a healthy liver to have a healthy heart. For example, fatty liver disease caused by alcoholism or ingestion of too many sugars and/or carbs weakens the liver which, in turn, weakens the heart. A weak "heart" actually leads to weak relationships with others; this includes a weakened connection to the world around us.

Recall our aforementioned intention and rapt attention leading to organized patterns in nature. The focus of our intentions are heart based according to studies with the Heart Math Institute; this means the stronger your heart is, the stronger your intentions. The weaker your heart is, the weaker your intentions - or the more you feel a lack of control wherein you might feel the need to turn to "experts" or "authority figures" for the simplest advice. The stronger your "heart" is, the stronger your personal constitution, the more you are able to organize your reality through your own intentions - and the more you can contribute to humanity as an expert or authority figure yourself.

From Gary Craig's work alone, we can conclude that the human energy matrix emanates sympathetic fields of subtle energy, particularly during higher states of consciousness. Strangely enough, "higher states of consciousness" is not all about the brain, but the entire body working in coherence. At a deeper level, we are referring to the aforementioned quantum dynamics of microtubules.

And remember where you are: You're in the Sexual HealingMindN Site; this means healing and energizing your partner through the sexual function (e.g. take your partner through all nine levels of orgasm). In fact, the more happy and satisfied You Are by, with, and through your partner, the more control you have in your life; this begins with your love and healing intentions.

How are young minds impacted in their search for true love?

According to research by Gregg Braden6, Russian Scientists, and our own military revealed that photonic information aligns itself with human DNA. More importantly, they discovered embryonic DNA shape and composition is influenced by emotions and intentions, either locally or miles away. This is how social mood (of adults) in general influences the growth of young, impressionable DNA: Through emotional impact upon their DNA rather than simply their "impressionable young minds" as advocated by conventional psychology. This property of DNA is most likely facilitated by the quantum dynamics of the microtubule networks, a further function of morphic resonance.

For this reason alone, it is of extreme importance to impress young minds / DNA with love and healing intentions - even if we believe they're not in ear shot. Young people are sensitive enough to know when there is a change in mood. Of course, a young mind can be trained to be insensitive to those around them, but is that what we want?

Conventional scientists and doctors would have us believe that the basis of most of our medical / psychological problems is in our DNA. Unfortunately, they're right, but what conventional scientists don't understand is that young DNA / minds are shaped by their environment - or do they?

Note: Most parents (try to) turn their kids to religion to help them learn respect, but through fear. Love and healing are integral parts of everything including religion. The problem lies not in any particular religion, but when the teachings are based in fear and hatred rather than love and healing. Children raised on fear and hatred can be extremely insensitive to those around them.

Without benefit of growing up in a loving, healing environment, the child becomes the adult version of an "emotional desert" who feels nothing if not hatred/fear for the world around him. How can such a person possibly find true love?

What is a supernatural property of true love?

As if this article is not esoteric enough, according to Col. Thomas Bearden7, we transceive information like emotions and intentions within de Broglie wave carriers, or superluminal particles produced from within the aforementioned microtubule network. Some people refer to de Broglie wave carriers as mass free "thought forms."

Thought forms are further discussed at Visual Ray Psionics wherein the visual ray directly emits thought forms. We tend to close our eyes to fulfill certain functions such as sleep for retaining "thought forms." But how does that "thought form" know where to go when communicating with someone on the other side of the planet?

Some people would say all things spiritually alike are spiritually close. Hyperspace is considered the spiritual realm wherein reality can be rewritten according to esoteric studies and that all people, places, and things spiritually alike are spiritually close.

Let's consider that possibility - and that the human mind serves as that bridge to the spiritual realm. Someone like David Bohm8 would say that it's enough to have these quantum, non local potentials within the living system because this explains the quantum entanglement of resonant superluminal particles produced by the microtubule network. (i.e. We are "hard wired" for Spiritual Closeness.)

You'd think this would be enough, but we still need to explain how living species learn from each other even when they are physically distant and never meet each other. Per the morphic fields theory, We are Living Energy Matrices. According to David Bohm, each of us are living intereference patterns within the Universal Hologram - Creating our own realities.

By the same token, we feed each other's realities. To do that, We have to be synchronised in sympathetic resonance first before We can send each other information. Mainstream scientists say we do that when we mix our hormones altogether in the same "pot." That's the chemical way. Let's talk about the psychoenergetic way which goes much deeper.

What is the role of sleep in true love?

Let's get into sleep. How does the sleep function fit into all of this?

When people live together, they tend to take on each other's habits and characteristics. Of course, willpower keeps us from taking on bad habits, but we tend to know the attitudes and intentions of the other person after awhile - even to the point of synchronizing rhythms. For example, after living together for a few months, women's menstrual cycles match each other.

In the case of married couples, that is, people who are in resonance with each other, they tend to have a "sixth" sense about how their partner is doing. No matter how far apart they are, they can sense each other. What happens when man and woman sleep together and share bioenergy fields? How do they sense each other when separated by continents and oceans? How did they achieve sympathetic resonance with each other in the first place - to find each other?

When we sleep, we cycle through all the brainwaves that we didn't achieve during our waking hours. Examine the alpha rhythm for a moment: Even when we simply relax, we experience the alpha rhythm, an extremely low frequency bandwidth cycling roughly between 6 and 12 Hz with an average of about 7.83 Hz. During the alpha rhythm we experience peaceful clarity of thoughts, feelings, and intentions. The alpha rhythm is also the first standing resonant wave on this planet known as the Schumann Resonance.

Interesting that the standing wave resonances of this planet is well integrated into our human energy matrix - isn't it?

We're all part of a living biosystem resonating at different levels of consciousness at each geophysical resonant frequency known as a Schumann Resonance. There are about two thousand lightning storms at any given moment, worldwide. The continual static discharge between the earth and ionosphere drives quasi-standing electromagnetic waves in the same way a breath blowing across a bottle neck gives a resonant tone - or the way a flute has different tones. The average of the first standing wave is / was about 7.83 Hz.

This regular lightning storm activity around the planet is likened to neurological activity in the brain when stimulated in certain ways and fulfilling certain functions. The alpha rhythm is engrained in our psychobiology through entrainment by the first Schumman Resonance. Per a paper by Richard and Iona Miller9:

"Binaural beats are not an external sound; rather, they are subsonic frequencies heard within the brain itself. These frequencies are created as both hemispheres work simultaneously to hear sounds that are pitch-differed by key mathematical intervals (window frequencies). The brain waves respond to these oscillating tones by following them (entrainment), and both hemispheres begin to work together. Communication between the two sides of the brain is associated with flashes of creativity, insight and wisdom..."

(See Binaural Harmonics in brainwave entrainment for more information.)

We have persistence in hearing to produce binaural beats. We also have persistence in vision to produce continuous images from movie frames and lines drawn on a computer screen. Our bodies cope with slightly enharmonic standing resonant waves by generating its own set of persistent sympathetic frequencies such as binaural beats.

In this way, the entire living system takes an active role of creative persistence. For this reason, We need these natural outside energy stimuli to really be alive inside - as a matter of creation. Indeed, to be truly in love means to be entrained by a partner who resonates in love with you - also as a matter of creation.

During the alpha rhythm, lovers entrain each other through the Schumman Resonances. Bioenergy information is stored and delivered within these standing resonant waves surrounding the entire planet between those who have sympathetic resonance with each other. An interference pattern of love within the universal matrix creates a special type of reality based in love.

We are all part of a living information matrix known as humanity. When we are in the alpha rhythm, we are in harmony with the planet. When we are in love during the alpha rhythm, we make each other's wishes based in love come true.

When sleeping together, we share further rhythms that allow us to entrain each other. The sleeping rhythms or Theta and Delta Rhythms intertwine and entrain each other. We share energy patterns and create new ones.

According to Gerald O'Donnell of Academy of Remote Viewing and Remote Influencing, at mental level delta, we also tap into a universal information matrix wherein we have clairvoyant, post-cognitive, or pre-cognitive focus of a given subject given a particular witness. In the case of lovers, your partner or anything which belongs to your partner is your witness.

According to the principles cited by Michael Talbot on the Universal Holographic Paradigm, a new sympathetic holographic matrix is created - between lovers. Thoughts, feelings and intentions intertwine. Dreams intertwine. Two hearts beat as one.

Video: Sleep by f.r.e.u.d.

When I first heard "sleep" by f.r.e.u.d., I knew that was the most beautiful love song I ever heard (save for "The River"); it tells us everything, emotionally, that I wrote here, intellectually. (Thank you, Ingo Hauss, lyricist, songwriter for f.r.e.u.d!) Years ago, I put together a video to go with the song.

I hope I did "Sleep" justice. What you see in this video is what I see between two people in resonance: Two equal yet opposite cosmic energy streams flowing into each other creating their own set of sympathetic harmonics. This is from my mind's eye. I hope you enjoy it.

The main premise is that two people find each other through the barriers of space and time because they are, somehow, connected. As spiritual beings, we are intimately attached to physical bodies, we are also supernatural beings with subtleties and complexities stranger than fiction. A sexual healing mindn works exactly because we are supernatural beings meant to join in healing connections. Within a Healing MindN, we find things even stranger than fiction - because truth can be stranger than fiction. The rapport formed within this healing connection between two human beings truely in love carries supernatural phenomena with it.

True love carries numerous psychic phenomena with it. Perhaps, you've heard stories of one spouse sensing another in trouble or danger. You've probably heard about psychic connections between man and woman that allow them to finish each other's sentences and know what the other is feeling at any particular moment. You can't say this is done by rote when these couples do the same in different situations. In fact, you've probably experienced paranormal phenomena of this nature for yourself. Have you ever thought about someone with whom you have an emotional attachement, then they happen to ring you or show at your doorstep?

This treatise demonstrates how true love is beyond the physical. True Love is supernatural.

There are elements of truth to spiritual connections being independent of time. The spirit world exists outside of the linear time that we know. But you probably want me to relate our spiritual bodies to the way we exist physically. Don't you? Since we are part of nature, let's examine bonds in nature and compare them to human emotional bonds. Let's compare human emotional bonds to atomic bonds in an aqueous solution.

Supernatural Love Stories: The Lake House, Somewhere in Time

The Lake House: Kate Forster (Sandra Bullock) is moving out from her lake house, built all of it with glass. She is a doctor and has just begin to work in a hospital in Chicago, moving to a new flat in the center of the city. Alex Wyler (Keanu Reeves) is the new owner of the lake house, a young architect who's working in the construction of a new complex of houses at the city skirts. Alex and Kate are maintaining a correspondence, talking about the house matters, sending each other letters, which are put in the lake house's letter box. But a strange thing is happening, because both of them find out that the letter box is working as a kind of time communication channel, between the year 2004, where Alex's living, and 2006, the year that Kate's actually living. After sending each other many letters talking about their lives, and Kate talking to Alex about how life will be in two years, it seems like they're falling in love each other. But maybe they will never meet each other, because of the time distance. Nevertheless, Kate comes up with a memory from 2004, when she forgot a book in a train station, Jane Austen's "Persuasion," and she'll ask Alex to go to that place in that precise moment, when she lost the book. Maybe the future of Kate is about to change, when Alex decides to meet Kate's other self in the past, despite the fact that she has a boyfriend. They will learn that playing with time could be a little bit dangerous for both of them, but Alex will take everything into his hands to finally meet Kate in the future.

Somewhere in Time: The movie opens with college student Richard Collier (Christopher Reeves) gathering rave reviews for his new play. At the party, he comes face to face with an old woman who presses something in his hand and whispers, "Come back to me." He opens his hand to find an old pocket watch. Cut to several years later. Playwright Collier is in the midst of a break-up and writers block. He leaves the city for a while to think things out and finds himself near his alma mater at the Grand Hotel. While wandering around the hotel, he finds a photograph of a beautiful young woman. Richard is entranced, and tries to find out all he can about her. During the course of his research he learns she was Elise McKenna (Jane Seymore), an actress from the turn of the century. He also discovers that she was the mysterious old woman who gave him the watch. Finally determining that he must meet her somehow, he employs self-hypnosis and wills himself back to 1912. He meets Elise and they fall in love, which does not make her manager, William Fawcett Robinson (Christopher Plummer), happy at all. Will their love survive Robinson's disapproval? Will Richard be able to stay in 1912?
